Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo design for a small, niche cattle and beef trading company based in the town of Braidwood, southern New South Wales (Aus). The company produces quality beef for niche export to markets in Korea, Singapore and Indonesia. I'd like to see a design that uses green, or blue-green, and captures the enterprise of free roaming, healthy, grass-fed cattle. A bit retro could be interesting. The final design should convey healthy beef, where end consumers have the ability to trace the final product back to the region (Braidwood) where the cattle was raised.

Consumers, including restaurant owners, of quality beef, who require or demand ability to trace what they eat back to a specific location. Consumers who demand quality, grass-fed beef.
