Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new property company based in Christchurch, New Zealand with registered company name of "IP Group Ltd"). We are a privately owned investment property group that have the goal of ultimately owning and running New Zealand’s largest privately owned and managed property company covering the commercial office, industrial/logistics and bulk retail property sectors. We want to own and provide excellent management services to our tenants and business partners. We will buy, hold and upgrade property along with developing new property to own long-term. We will always have a long term approach to property ownership, rather than developing to sell. Tenants will come first and we want to build a property portfolio we are proud of. Our properties will be upgraded and re-positioned to ensure they present well and attract high quality tenants at fair market rental levels. (Only use the words "IP Group" or "IPG" as part of the logo not Inglis and Percasky or Investment Property Group)
