Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new business with my parents. Its a business where we renovate old houses and make them all brand new. We really need the Logo to put on work shirts and business cards so we look professional, we also want the logo to look simple and friendly for when talking to home owners, but also portray that we are in the construction business for when dealing with hardware stores. I would like to have the name of our business included in or below the logo :)
