I was thinking it might be nice to have pictures of the people the songs are dedicated to.

If it were me, I would do an eight page booklet (cd-800s) with a tray card (cdt100). The tray card, which would be the back of the cd case would have the second image you provided with the song list. That same image would be the back of the booklet. The front of the booklet with the first image would be visible through the front cover of the case. Page two would be an introduction to the songs pages 3-7 would have a picture of each respective person that the song is dedicated to with the song dedication and the lyrics of the song.

It all depends on how simple you want to keep it. I'm sure the cost to print these might be a factor.

Anyways it would be nice to know which template to go from.

I don't think we want to include pictures of the others. It may be a good idea to use a booklet style but I am trying to keep the cost down on this as well. So, maybe a smaller booklet.

I just want the cd package including the dedications to all tie together from a design standpoint.

I don't think we need to include the words to the songs. Just the title and recognition of the composer or owner of the song. This CD will not be sold, only given as gifts.
