Logo Design Brief

Devrand is a property development company that specializes in developing top quality residential and commercial property. The properties are contemporary, designed by talented, modern architects, highly functional, always unique and a step above what would usually be found in the local area. They also boast excellent green/environmentally friendly credentials.

The design should communicate the mentioned attributes: top-quality, sophistication, contemporary design, uniqueness, environmental friendliness.

A dark green/"sable" (see Porters Paints) would work.

I love the font used in the attached HDR logo.
I also like the superimposed/reverse block format of ZGF and Heery.
I like the connection and use of fonts in WDR Architects.
