The first request was made for the Gentle Care dentistry which is what is displayed in the designs section, I think that is precisely what needs to be chosen. The W.I.S.E part was slowly incorporated by you much later and might not have ranged the bell, especially considering the fact that not many will be interested in designing something different without any explanations of the changes that were made.
