Hi there I received an email from a designer and also one from the owner they are both the same content and keep bringing me back to resubmit payment that I have already paid for and received a tax invoice for ......what is going on with the web site controls I am now concerned because I have suited a web site that I want designed and I don't want these repetitive emails going to my customers

dear designers and graphic people i am a little confused as this is the first time i have ever used vista print to design something. i have drawings that i have uploaded to my project that i would like to a graphic artist to view and follow the brief to get the logo i am wanting.

it would be nice if i could have my business cards please. I followed the brief at VISTA print i updated my ideas. I have had several drafts come to me but all have been rejected simply because the design brief has not been fully followed. I am a business person not a graphic artist my brain is 15% creative 19% analytical 22% communications orientated 50% entrepreneurial 6% frustrated. I don't really want to hear that it takes 5 days to create a logo and i don't want to hear that 50 designs have been submitted and i don't want to hear that certain graphic tools must be used so there fore carolyn please UP your budget. I just want one creative graphic artist to follow my brief and my drawings and my instructions and give me a god damn logo on a business card. now i have missed my deadline i had to have business cards. There has been no follow up or communication to this project since 22nd. Am i happy the answer is NO.

please take the time to read and understand my brief and view my 7 pages of hand drawings before submitting anything and before you waste any of your valuable time. All i need is one designer/graphic artist to deliver my project and then i will continue to use only that designer to do all my work. I have cars i need wrapped i have buses i need art work for i have tee shirts i need printed This is a start up business a greenfield Australian business that is a NGO already the deadline is passed on 2 projects i have submitted so it is not looking good for vista print and its promises that it ill deliver on time every time. thanks Carolyn Maddy 0497560912 carolynmaddy@gmail.com

please note i am not looking at any more designs i am working exclusively with one designer named DINO MIND thank you anyway however i have had a great rapport with DINOMIND and he understands my needs and goals for my designs
