Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company based in Madrid, Spain called Spainco Management. The company will provide management services (serving as director/advisor and supervising back-office) to Corporate and Institutional Investors that have interests in Spain. I have created a very basic web page with the idea, so you can check that out (have not worked on the design yet).

I wanted to see something very professional but also young (ie. lower case letters). The logo should communicate trust and professionalism. I would like to see conservative colors (back, navy blue, grey or dark green/purple...) on a white background (easier to use as signature for emails), or a cool white letter color over a traditional color box (rectangle). Another possibility would be to have the two words in different sizes/forms, with "spainco" dominating "management".
