Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new buisness called "Toodyay's Paddock. I will be selling lamb and beef direct from our farm to the customer on line and at farmers markets. I like designs that are simple, clean and modern. I have a preference for neutral colours and I quite like the monochromatic look. As it's a farming/ gourmet food business that could be reflected in the logo design.
