Logo Design Brief

The Canadian Network for Visual Analytics Centres is a Not for Profit organizations composed of academic, public and private organizations interested in the promotion and development of Visual Analytics in Canada.

Visual Analytics is the science of analytical reasoning facilitated by interactive visual interfaces.

We are looking for a logo / stylization of the organization's acronym (CANVAC) that reflects one or more of the themes, values and characteristics of our organization:

- Innovative and cutting edge
- Science and technology
- Networking/Network
- Data/information
- Canadian
- Visual analytics/scientific visualization/information visualization

Particular consideration will be given to designs that incorporate elements of data/information visualizations (Tufte, Bertin, etc.)

University prof/C-level Corporate/ Senior Civil servant: Age: 40-60, (Masters/PhD), multi-ethnic
