Logo Design Brief

There is a business park being established on Shanahan Rd in Bunbury which the owners wish to call Shanahan Commercial. This comprises of 7 office buildings which also have a section at the rear, which has roller door access so they workers can back in trucks etc and download equipment. We are therefore expecting to appeal to trades people eg plasterers, builders, who are seeking an office frontage with a multi functioning space behind. The colour scheme for the buildings is dark charcoal grey and gold. We are seeking to position this commercial centre as being prominent and somewhat new age. We are charging a premium price and hence a professional image - aspirational is desirable. Happy to consider various design options including just using the two first capital letters eg SC. The image attached is the design of a nearby building - as this Shanahan business precinct is on a corner - if the logo design was modern like this building, it would appear that Shanahan Commercial is the entry to this modern/new age precinct.
