hey, do the words have to be in that order? or can they be set out like 'Bullsbrook Gourmet Meat /or Bullsbrook Gourmet Meats' ?

Unfortunately that is the name of the business we have bought. Both of your options sound much better to me but we don't want to worry about changing a business name for now.
