Hello, Designers.
The Perennial Plant Association (PPA), a group of international Horticulture professionals, is looking for a tee shirt design for their 2015 Perennial Plant of the Year. We have been choosing a Perennial Plant of the Year for over 25 years and are looking for a cool graphic or stylized t-shirt incorporating next year’s selection, Geranium x cantabrigiense ‘Biokovo’.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: I was hoping to avoid this but I am extending the deadline just once. The final decision has to be made by a committee. Do I need to say more? We will get this wrapped up as rapidly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Requirements
Must have
- Must have PPA or Perennial Plant Association somewhere
- Must have the plant name Geranium x cantabrigiense ‘Biokovo’ present
- Please note the following in the name: the first & second words are italicized but the x in between is normal font, the third word has single quotes & normal font. These are all very important details for us plant geeks.
- One-sided design – all on front or all on back.
- Font should be very clean, easy to read.
- Silk screen should be a single color.
- Design needs to be clean and modern.
- Image of flower. Could be an outline but should leave no doubt it is the geranum flower.
Nice to have
- Inclusion of plant's leaves
- Design should work on shirts in multiple colors (we had three different colors of shirts last year for instance)
Should not have
- Two-sided design - front or back of tee only
- Avoid fabric colors that are neon, tie-dyed, or white (we work with plants and soil so white will soon be stained)
