Hi,
Are you needing text to be added to the final art template, or just leave that area open for text placement?
Also what are the final formats you will be needing...I can supply any format requested, I''m just curious.

The text area can either be left open or the sample text provided in the template can be included.  Either way is fine, the design just needs to allow for it.  Our preferred final format is either layered Photoshop file or Illustrator.

Also, keep in mind we''re looking for more of a stylized logo look for the house rather than a literal 3-d type house.
