CD Cover Design Brief

We need a front and back CD cover design for a band named Rather Unsightly Gentlemen. We tried this before but we really didn’t have a concept in mind and none of the submissions hit home with the band. This time we have a very specific concept we would like to see.
The name of the CD will be “Dirty on the Inside” which is a line from one of the songs (“because I'm clean on the outside, dirty on the inside”). In the song, the singer is a man singing to a woman, but the reference is somewhat vague. We would like to convey the image of being dirty behind closed doors. If it would help to make the images look less like a snapshot, we would accept drawn, animated or highly enhanced/semi-animated images.
So what we would like to see is:
Front cover:
• An image of a hotel room door with what would normally be a “do not disturb” door hanger. However, instead of “do not disturb”, the door hanger should say “Dirty on the Inside”.
• If possible we would like an image of a woman’s hand putting the hanger on the door knob. If not possible, then just the hanger on the door.
• If just the hanger on the door, then maybe some “dirty” fingerprints on the hanger.
• The band name should not appear on the hanger but should be elsewhere on the image.
Back cover:
• An image from inside the hotel room. Perhaps a picture of panties, whiskey bottles, etc. strewn on the floor or maybe a picture of a disheveled bed with a woman’s leg sticking out from the covers or even the backside of a naked disheveled woman holding a bottle – basically something to convey hotel room debauchery.
• The back cover should be somewhat blurry/soft so that the song titles can be superimposed over the image.

The band will be using an "eco-wallet" rather than a plastic case. There will be no spine and the dimensions of each side of the eco-wallet will be 5.563" x 4.938".
We are optimistic that with these detailed parameters upon which all members of the band has agreed that we will find a submission that everyone likes. Thank you.
