Logo Design Brief

We require a new logo design for a property development and sales company in Sydney, Australia.

We source land, build and sell residential & commercial investment properties including apartment buildings, townhouses, house and land packages in estates and retail shops.

We sell to local and overseas markets therefore the design needs to be a corporate effective global logo that would also suit the Asian market.

The company name is Landis and we have been operating for 11 years and have been involved with over 5,000 properties. The focus should be on our company name Landis with the word property as the word to explain ourselves.

This brief includes the logo design, business cards, letterhead, envelopes, with compliments slips and address label stickers.
