Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Canberra, Australia. We are a residential Property Management company who manage residential investment properties for our clients. Our services include collection of rent property inspections, matinenance and finding suitable tenants. We will be brining a new model to market where clients pay for the services they use rather than an ongoing retainer (current model used by real estate agents is to charge 10% on all rent received, we will charge based on services needed). We want to appear modern and funky, but also provide our clients with confidence that their property is going to be well cared for. We will be franchising this business and will be establishing in many locations so need to be able to incorporate this into stationary design later. Winner of the job will also be engaged to develop stationary and business card designs.

Company Name is "Distinct Property Management" tagline is "Residential Property Management Specialists" but the tageline isn't essential.

This logo needs to be copyrighted so please, NO VECTOR ILLUSTRATIONS OR COPIES FROM OTHER COMPANIES.

We would also like only new designs as we have previously run this contest before.

Target Market(s)

Target market is individuals who own an investment property that are seeking assistance in its management. We also need to attract tenants to rent these properties from us.
