Logo Design Brief

We need a horizontal logo/banner for our website/sales page. Size should be approximately 4" wide by 1.25" - to fit in banner space on website. Here are some ideas that we like: Jungle/Earthy tones (greens, tans, browns, white, black, etc...) with either a blue (similar to the color here on the Design Crowd site) or orange (bright) accent color(s). We would like it to read "Primal90: Total Mind-Body Transformation System". The "Primal90" part can be more of a logo/graphic, with the tagline being just text. The font should be something that reflects a primal/paleo type of theme. As far as the "Primal90" logo component, we like any combination of the following ideas: DNA/double helix, a tree, roots underneath the whole tagline (essentially an underline), a sun, a backlit (sun behind) person with arms up in a powerful "V" type of position - However you can figure out to incorporate them. (Not having a graphic/image component is okay too - we're open to anything) Our program is going to be a 12-week natural health program, based on ancestral living/natural health/paleo/primal diet - it will involve about 20 educational videos, another 25+ video interviews and segments with authors, experts, etc... a buying club for our members to get discounts on products and services, and dozens of useful tools. A theme is "combining cutting-edge science with evolutionary biology", or a marriage between science and nature. However you could involve that in the logo is cool with us. We're open to letting the artist create. You can also play around with adding graphics/creativity to any of the lettering of the tagline, as well. The "Primal90" part of the logo, we'd like to be able to stand alone without the tagline, where a smaller logo would be needed.

Requirements

Must have

• "Primal90" portion of logo should be able to stand alone if needed. COLORS INCLUDE BROWNS and TANS - it won't let me enter those below. Also - only ONE accent color (blue or orange, marked below) and you could use a darker green/bolder green than is available below. We're looking for jungle color tone with one bright accent, either a blue-ish color or orange.

Nice to have

• Some kind of marriage between science and nature incorporated into the design. If only text, then a bold paleo/primal style font will work well. (Google "primal" or "paleo" and look at images, you'll get a lot of ideas) We want it to be readable, so not too much frill/fancy designs.

Should not have

• No color red. No script/cursive writing.
