I have uploaded the file again and also a pdf of the draft advert.  

also give us print screen or some direct link to previus add.
I look twice that online magazine on link that you provide in brief, didnt saw anywhere logo that you attached.
Couldnt find old ad....

Still cant be downloaded.
You can try to zip it and then uploaded

Logo, client image, house image and ad specification works fine.

If ziping not working you can contact designCrowd support...

Hi have zipped all files and uploaded them again.  The sample file is not in the online magazine, the link was so you see the magazine the advert will be appearing in.
