Since the brochure will mostly be delivered in a PDF it would make sense that it is based as a complete page.

I will be supplying copy and images of the software. I primarily need an overall design and layout, additional graphics to make it stand out to our prospects.

will you be supplying that content before we design brochure.? Sort of hard to design a brochure with just a logo.
