Flyer Design Brief

I have a current flyer that I need redesigned to catch peoples attention. It needs to be more enticing, easy to read, bright and bold. My business specialises in childrens sports parties along with corporate and community events. I think the current one looks to like it's just for really young kids. I want it to appeal to all primary aged kids.
