Logo Design Brief

I need a logo using "Ethel Funk" or the letters "EF" for a new company that will distribute craft supplies, and woman's fashion items. Ethel Funk was my mothers maiden name. For cost reasons I would like to work in black and white only. Perhaps using a female caricature face / head with wild hair could be used. Looking for something fun, eccentric, unique, crafty, etc.
