Logo Design Brief

Hi,
We are looking for a logo design for a successful small consultancy which is about to rebrand with an exciting new name, Metamorphise, to better communicate what we do.
We are a small business who takes a down to earth, consultative approach to simplify complexity, deliver practical solutions and drive realistic transformation for our clients.
We work with not-for-profits, government and private enterprise.
The final design should communicate informal professionalism.
We want the logo to be modern, but not obnoxious please.
NB: Metamorphise is word created to represent the work that we do in undertaking strategic analysis to deliver practical solutions and realistic transformation.
We think it's a great word and hope you do too...
