Banner Ad Design Brief

We have a Job Search Website, www.PNGworkForce.com. We need a Banner required for the South Pacific Games Port Moresby 2015. It will be a vertical banner and we need it to attract Jobseekers to apply for jobs for the SP Games. Volunteers, casual/temporary staff and full time staff. The banner will also have the current SP Games 2015 Part Moresby logo on it. Something like the "The countdown has now begun, be apart of history, be apart of SPG 2015"
