I'M NEW TO THIS AND WAS CONCERNED THAT I WOULD STRUGGLE TO OBTAIN  WORK COMPLETION WITHOUT SUPPORT FROM DESIGNCROWD  REFUND OPTION - THAT'S THE ONLY REASON FOR NON GUARANTEE.  OF COURSE I WOULD HONOUR ANY COMMITMENT I  MAKE.

Just so you know, I looked at your brief.  What you are asking for is very large in comparison to the $160 budget.  

Thanks, but I will be happy to see the ''poorer quality'' designers (as described by you) get a real  opportunity. Also, to be frank this forms part of my budget...we all start small, the plans and aspirations for the future of  my company  are absolutely wide open.
Presently, my launch expense plan is fixed. 
Sadly, it is very  obvious that I cannot afford you professionalism,  which I''m sure would have  been beneficial, but at the same time I believe those who have submitted their ideas to date have been reviewed with both respect and  gratitude. I am confident I will be both happy and appreciative of the  work completed by  my selected designer.
