Illustration Design Brief

I'm looking for a artist who can work with me on developing concepts and designs that will eventually be used on collectible pins. The work we do will be inspired by a popular band and their music. I can communicate with you in regards to what the pin company that I work with will be looking for and we can take it from there. I use Microsoft Paint to draft everything I have ideas for so you will have something to work off of right from the start. This is the first design I want to work on. It obviously needs to be touched up and made to look professional, but the detail work can't be so detailed that it would be hard to fit on a 1.25" to 2" pin.

Perhaps hearing the tune will help to inspire a more funk / groovy lettering design.
