Most of these business owners have a majority of their net worth (not to mention years of blood, sweat and tears) tied up in their companies and need a comprehensive strategic plan along with help executing such a plan to realize and to maximize a return of their biggest investment. Roi and owner co-author and execute the comprehensive plan which considers owners goals,family considerations, company valuations, potential buyers,tax planning,estate planning, market conditions, company conditions, personal financial needs, wealth management planning, life after, etc.

Target Market(s)

Business owners/shareholders of medium sized companies($5-$100mm revenue)who are considering retiring/exiting their business. Most of these business owners have a majority of their financial net worth (not to mention years of blood, sweat and tears) tied up in their companies. A majority of an owner's identity and self worth is as a business owner. Thus, the idea of exiting their business is a highly sensitive topic. This coupled with financial goals and owner's family views along with the efforts necessary to execute such a process makes this a major life event for business owners.
