Logo Design Brief
We need a logo for a new company in the customer service industry. CallPromise lets companies offer customers a call back instead of waiting on hold. When a company makes a promise to call the customer back, they are showing respect for their caller's time. This is good for the caller, of course. It is also good for the company; they can be more efficient with their customer service agents. We would like CallPromise to communicate simplicity and warmth.
