A few questions:

1. Should the template be editable or fixed?
2. Do you want the CEFA background to be set as a header or do we have the liberty to change it a bit?
3. The gentleman's image will go in the masthead of the template or the footer?

Agree not many discripton has given to help us design ..

1. I am open to fixed/editable - but prefer fixed as I don't want to make changes by accident. Text will need to be editable. Graphics can be fixed.
2. No please don't use the mast head from our website directly - I could have don't that. Please be creative and give us something new. That is why I am using this service.
3. My head-shot will go on the first page (mast head) - ideally on the right hand side or left-hand side. Not on top like PIMCO's sheet - I like the overall placement of the head shot better in the Nuveen commentary. Including Name, title and a 5-6 line short bio. They bio will need to be editable.
