Logo Design Brief

Would love to see an updated Logo using my current name and logo I use. I am coming up to my 25 year in business and would like to upgrade for purpose of signage, business card and marketing material. I provide Residential Architecture Services. Incorporate the blue color (as blueprint) Have used a "blueprint" of one of my plans as background in past. Low Country has a particular style Architecture and lifestyle. Want to incorporate that feel in the Logo. Beachy and laid back atmosphere, yet updated, modern design. I like the triangle and palm trees in the logo, but could be incorporated in a different way.
