Seems like a great project.
I must say, there are a lot of projects on this website and you will get probably 3 times more submissions if you "guarantee" the payment, and will end up getting better designers on the project. Designers your exciting project needs.

Have you considered these variables and thought about making the payment guaranteed for the contest of designers?
