Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a company based in Jordan Called "Rainbow Owl Marketing". We offer innovative services to our clients such as sampling, event management, in-store merchandise and creative sales promotion ideas.
The name has nothing to do with the core business provided and we don't mind it! At the end of the day we are not branding bitches :) The name is related to a personal experience happened with the company owner in an isolated island in Thailand. Since that trip she pursued her dream and opened her own business.
There is no set of expectations for the logo design, only one condition; it has to be Shocking and relative creative.
