Logo Design Brief

Hello all. We need a new logo design for an engineering company called “Leadman Precision Engineering".

These are some details on our company so you could get a feel what kind of project you are working on.

The company was named Leadman when it was started in 1997. "Leadman" was combined from "Lead" and "Man" which indirectly means leadership and man, that the founders are leading the team and continuously moving towards greater heights.

We are an established company with over 80 staff, specialise in high precision engineering / high precision tooling market in Malaysia. We have been in the market for 18 years and our products are being used in many high technology industries. We are an one-stop job shop that has everything (CNC milling / grinding / Wire EDM & etc) in house and we help to fabricate as per the technical specifications in engineering drawing given. Everything is made to order. Majority of our customers are high technology companies based in US and Europe in different market (IT, Oil & Gas, Aerospace & etc).

We are now looking for a new logo to re-brand and strengthen our branding & image as we grow further and tap into different market (for example, medical / aerospace ) in future. The new logo should reflect some of the key brand values: be simple, elegant, modern & approachable. At the same time, it should be professional, recognizable and distinct. Any combination of capital / non-capital letters is allowed.

We have a range of colours options that you can play with: black, white, yellow, gold, silver, brown, blue & purple. You are free to mix and match, or to use any combination that seems right and perfect.
