Web Design Brief
We have 2 companies in similar industries: Printing and Mail Preparation/Fulfillment. We prefer sites that are clean and easy to navigate.Our printing company, Corporate Printing Services' website, cpsonline.ca is outdated needs revamping. We have rebranded our logo and are looking for a new design that is clean, modern and geared to other corporations and business in the downtown Toronto area. Our mailing company, The Mailing House (themailinghouse.ca) needs a website as well. This company is in the Direct Mail and letter shop business, which essentially is addressing/personalizing people's printed matter and preparing it for either the Canadian or US postal service. The Mailing House specializes in not-for-profit and corporate sectors.Please see our logos to get an idea of the colors and look we want. For all intensive purposes, the sites can look similar in design all we want is that each site has the appropriate corporate colors and is a bit different so they don't look identical as the two business run as separate corporations.The content of the website should be easily changed by our staff and we want it to be setup to optimized for SEO based on the keywords we want. We are looking for someone to work on this project immediately

After doing some thinking, I would like the site to be more modern but the non flash sites that I have seen so far Im finding life-less and while I want something clean, not overly busy and corporate looking, I dont want the design to be bland looking.
Please design with the previous specs in mind but with a twist as mentioned above.
