Logo Design Brief

Require logo design for my transportation business based out Atlanta, GA. My company will specialize in "Non-Emergency Medical Transportation" services providing transport to health care appointments, however I will provide taxi services also. My client are people who are under MO HealthNet, MO HealthNet managed care and/or Medicaid/Medicare. The color I would like for my design red and white, however I would be open to green and white. My design should communicate dependability and safety.
