Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo design for my company based in Perth called Demasi Consulting (which has been in operation for over 1 year with no logo/cards needed to-date - strongly networked). I am the sole Principal Psychologist. Most of my business occurs within other organisations and is considered a specialty consultancy. Organisations pay for my services; only a small component of work is financed by individuals. I offer conflict resolution for individuals/teams, trauma consultancy, workshops/training, expertise on psychological workers compensation injuries, leadership coaching and employee counselling. I am looking for a clean, corporate design with a logo that perhaps incorporates an intertwined D and a C (Demasi Consulting initials) - which I am thinking can be raised or spot glossed on business card later, perhaps silver metallic and/or ink blue (deep navy). The logo should also be able to be recreated using a home printer with limited but comparable colour options for printed business documents. The logo should convey placing confidence in an external human resource consultancy.
