Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new locksmith company based in England called 'AZ Locksmith'. We provide mobile locksmith services, as well as a physical store for locksmith needs (locks, tools, keys etc.).
The logo should look like a local brand, but we do have plans on expanding nation-wide so we want it to have an "English Spirit".
The logo is to be use in both print (store sign, vehicles banner, business cards etc.) and web (website, banners etc.).
The final design should communicate with reliability, safe and fast service.
