Logo Design Brief

We are redeveloping our Australian finance comparison site compareyourbank.com.au (for next few days you may see old colour scheme - ignore that, see the link below or attachment for new colour scheme) and you can see the development site which is getting close to
completion at: http://www.compareyourbank.com.au/wordpress (once complete it will move over to main domain and replace current site).



You will see the demo site currently has a logo - this is nothing
but a holding space image and does not in any way represent what we
want so please ignore that design. You should see you could use as much
space as holding image or go a bit wider with no problems.



Background to site:

The new compareyourbank.com.au
will be banking/financial comparison website for Australian consumers
to compare banks and banking products such as bank accounts, credit
cards, savings accounts and loans. Consumers can compare these products
and compare features such as interest rates % and fees $ each month. 
They can also review all of the products on the site.



The site will feature a very clean, web 2.0 modern design and we
will be looking for a great logo to compliment this and help make the
site a recognisable brand.



What we want:

• We are looking for a strong modern design that helps build a strong brand.


• Design and colour schemes should be made to compliment the colour scheme of new site


• Text: compareyourbank.com.au
  (You can do all lower case or capitalise start of each word, the
  .com.au can be detached from main text if you like, whatever works best)


• Icons/overall design: We want the branding to represent what the
  site does in terms of comparing banks and financial products (interest
  rates and so on, % $)


• Will require transparent background .png file along with other final files

Target Market(s)

Australian consumers aged 20-55 looking for information or to aply for bank related products such as bank accounts, credit cards, savings accounts and so on.
