Logo design for Last minute activities

This is what LMA and/ or last minute activities was looking for in their logo design

We would like a logo for our website that is made for selling entrance tickets to mostly outdoor sport activities.
We think it would have to combine:
a time element
It should be dynamic
it should be simple and easily recognisable.
