create a logo for our new training and consulting service in China.
our specialty is to design and delivery generation management solutions to help business organisation overcome the challenges of having new generation (gen Y-ers) working with Gen X and even older generation.

there is a lot of management styles conflicts and communication breakdowns caused by mis-understanding and un-willing to adapt to new leadership/management styles, or companies are fixed and not flexible/creative enough to work with younger generation staff.

our main services are to provide training to managers to help them understand better about the characters of the younger generation, and how to engage, develop and engage them for better performance and relationship at work.
