Logo Design Project

This is what Barnett Real Estate was looking for in their logo design

Hi I have recently taken over a real estate company that is part of a group with poor branding (in my opinion). I am looking to start getting organised for when l can leave the group. If you can design a logo I would like the design to be modern, simple and clean. I think the colours l will use in the future will be burnt orange, slate grey and white. I will probably call the company Barnett Real Estate or Barnett Property. We currently use a tag line: Results are just the beginning.
If it helps my competition are companies like Whitford Real Estate, Buxton and Hodges.
