Logo Design Project for Fresh Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar Tasting Business

This is what Trio Carmel was looking for in their logo design

Trió Carmel is a new store in California that offers a large variety of premium, fresh olive oils and balsamic vinegars for tasting and purchase. These products will appeal to health conscious individuals of all ages. The stores will carry high-end contemporary art from local artists to enhance the contemporary feel of the store and add to the ambiance / experience. The logo will be printed on a variety of items, most importantly on green/brown olive oil bottles frequently found in groceries stores. We like circled logos and suspect that greens and/or golds will provide good contrast on the bottles. However, we don't want to limit any creative ideas as we are looking for a logo that is simple , clean, crisp and contemporary, and desired by those that consider themselves fit, healthy, and love their food.
