"Flack Education" logo design

This is what Flack Education was looking for in their logo design

I'm looking for a logo for a new venture called "Flack Education".

Flack Education will run a relatively exclusive education program pitched at the best performing undergraduate students in commerce and law.

The logo needs to manage a number of tensions/paradoxes:
1. It needs to reflect the professionalism and standing of the big global professional services firms in accounting and law (e.g. PwC, Deloitte, Linklaters etc.) while at the same time appealing to a young, ambitious demographic in their late teens to early twenties
2. It needs to convey an element of having the stability and conservatism of the old world while at the same time being absolutely contemporary and comfortable with the twenty first century, the digital age etc.
3. It needs to be strong and bold but also earthy and organic
