International Energy Business needs a logo design

This is what Pioneers energy services was looking for in their logo design

We are looking for a design that can be use for international company (it is a new company) working in the oil and gas field including petrochemicals, and will provide a huge services to the biggest clients such as Shell, Aramco, Sabic, Exxonmobile...
