Need a logo designfor an organisation for the elite, our industry is consulting and management

This is what The Elite Organisation was looking for in their logo design

This is a new start up company called "The Elite Organisation" that is basically an array of operations that is the central point for the elite of those operations.
The business is located in Sydney Australia and the operations are basically consulting services but are provided by the elite in the industry. It it intended to also be a member only club for elite individuals, who want access to others who are elite.
We would like the design to incorporate sparkle, sophistication, prestige and elitist type feel.
Suggestions have been to have Stars incorporated in the logo. Read more
