Events at the Foundry needs a logo design for an upscale banquet/catering facility

We need a logo design for a new banquet- hotel company based in Buffalo, NY. We are renovating a building that was originally built in 1900 as the Taylor Signal Company"
The purpose for which the Taylor Signal company was formed in 1900 was the manufacture of an electric interlocking device which was designed to do away with the danger of collision where two railroad tracks cross at grade,". At the time, passenger trains were required to come to a complete stop when reaching an rail crossing unequipped with a safety device. As a result of this inconvenience, trains were often delayed in meeting their schedules. The device which the new company would manufacture alleviated this problem.
The building has been used over the decades as a manufacturing plant for a number of companies.
