This is what a business in United States was looking for in their logo design

Industry: Real Estate
Design Objective:
Develop a logo for “Squirrel Hill Flats” that clearly identifies the brand as being a Real Estate Rental Company. Logo should be:
- Upscale, Clean
- Contemporary but look established
- Bright/Uplifting
- Use icons: E.g., Squirrel, Hill, Apartment, House to emphasize brand
Marketing Objective:
Communicate the brand as the company to call for very nice, upscale, safe, apartment housing
Target Audience:
- Educated (often post graduate degrees)
- Single or Couples (without children)
- Professional or Graduate Students
- No Pets
Will Likely Replace The Logo FlatQuest as shown in Sign Below:

Colors:
- Would like to Explore Those Colors that are Upscale, Traditional yet bright/uplifting
