Land Management business needs a logo design

This is what TES Construction Services was looking for in their logo design

We use skid steers with forestry mulchers and would prefer this implemented in our logo. Would like to see the name incorporated with maybe a compact track loader type skid steer with a mulcher. Could also have a pic of more than one machine like a backhoe as well. Or just one as long as the forestry mulcher is included as that's what we do most. If you want to include a tree or something of that nature that would be great. The Logo text might be too long so we are open to options. Looking for a round logo to use on baseball hats and a rectangle logo to use on the upper left should of a shirt. I am currently in the middle of developing our website.
