Logo for Pastry Bakery GLUTEN FREE

This is what Mandorle e Miele (and eventually "Gluten Free") was looking for in their logo design

we need to update and refresh our logo, and make it suitable also for tshirt, mug or cap.
Also we would like to make it clear that we are Italian, cos we're gonna have more foreign customers.
It should have to be "clear" and easly recognizable.
