Logo for Real Estate Appraisal Business

This is what Blue Ocean Appraisals was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo and business card for my real estate appraisal business. Our office consists of three women so a somewhat feminine design is preferred. We are a modern shop and want to convey credibility and reliability. I uploaded two old logos we have used. I would like something more sophisticated for the logo this time.
